Mission

While we focus on centering & promoting the expertise of women in the paranormal field, the mission of The Secret Society of the Spooky Sisterhood is to create a safe, supportive, & inclusive community for all people in the paranormal space.

Core Values

We’re committed to being a safe space for marginalized communities. This means we don’t tolerate harassment, bigotry, or hate speech- not because we oppose free expression, but because tolerating intolerance ultimately destroys safe spaces for everyone.

About Us

The Secret Society of the Spooky Sisterhood is a community built to connect like-minded paranormal enthusiasts. We work to lift up those in this space who traditionally haven’t had that opportunity. In addition to our podcast, we hold events (live and virtually), publish a blog, and run a Patreon where our members get exclusive perks and special content. You can find us journeying through the shadows and seeking new ways to spend time with our paranormal pals.

Some of her favorite spooky topics: Bigfoot, glitches in the matrix, and Alcatraz. Melanie heads up the Community Committee.

Lauren is a paranormal investigator with a love for history, hauntings, and all things a little bit spooky. By Day, she works in the mental health field, by night she follows her adventurous nature into the realms of the unknown. Equal parts curiosity, compassion, and humor, Lauren believes the best way to face the paranormal is with an open mind - and maybe a laugh or two along the way. She uses her expertise to chair our Education Committee.
